We gather together in a quest for deeper truths, to discover a sense of belonging and to ask: “Who am I?”

Join Karen to discover that connection, to listen to your body and to others as we breathe life into our family stories through reflection and through movement.

This ninety- minute workshop is for storytellers from all ranges of experience.  Come with a readiness to play with your imagination and to allow movement to help develop your storyline.

We will work in the whole group, break into smaller rooms and then return to the whole group to close.
